Information about the tool
This tool is devoted to the follow-up of the worked hours of the consortium members. It enables statistical analyses using Excel files internally built.
Three types of users are currently considered: Workers, Tool Managers, Tool Administrators.
To become a member of the time-sheet list you just have to send a request to teb@eu-eela.org, indicating the tasks you belong to. After approval by the EELA Technical Executive Board (TEB), you will receive your loging and password by e-mail.
As a worker, you only have to provide monthly the number of hours you dedicated to EELA in one or more tasks, and you only have access to your own records.
Tool Managers (EELA Work Package Managers and Task Leaders) have the same rights as workers, but they can: visualise the data of the workers under their responsibility, add a new entry, confirm the data and freeze a worker (this will prevent the worker to enter data).
Tool Administrators (EELA Project Co-ordinator, Deputy Project Co-ordinator and Webmaster) have the same rights as the Tool Managers but they may access any EELA worker data.
The Webmaster is the only one who can delete a worker from the tool, upon TEB request.
Any further information will be provided by stefano.troiani@ciemat.es
Observations: Data provided using the old time-sheet tool have been recovered, even if not confirmed by a Tool Manager.
The logins and passwords of the old time-sheet tool have been recovered too.
If you sent incorrect information, please contact stefano.troiani@ciemat.es
